Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for each device's lifetime licence.
What happens immediately after I buy?
Your payment is verified on-site and automatically generates your permanent licence key. You then open app.amcautopos.fyi on your iPad, tablet, phone, or computer, tap “Add to Home Screen”, and paste your licence key into Settings. Your till is permanently activated and ready for trading in under 60 seconds.
What devices does AutoPOS run on?
The phone or tablet you already own (iPhone, iPad, or Android phone and tablet). It runs directly in your browser or installs instantly as an app to your home screen. No expensive proprietary till hardware, leasing contracts, or locked terminals.
Can I run AutoPOS on multiple devices?
Yes. AutoPOS includes a built-in closed-network Mesh System. Designate one computer or tablet as your central Master Hub, and couple satellite mobile registers (iPads/phones) using a simple pairing code. Your product catalog and inventory synchronize across all tills. Each device operates on its own lifetime licence ($79 USD once per device).
How does the processing fee work?
One simple fee: 1.2% of the day's card takings only (cash sales carry no fee). Stripe's own card fee is separate and goes straight to Stripe. It is calculated automatically across the day's sales and settled once at end-of-day cash-up. It is never taken during transactions and is never added to your customer's bill.
How do card payments settle?
Record card sales taken on your existing card reader. The card money settles to you through your own card provider and never passes through us. Our fee is 1.2% of the day's card takings, worked out at cash-up.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer change-of-mind refunds. This doesn't limit your legal rights, including a remedy if the software has a major fault or isn't as described. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Who processes card payments?
Secure 256-bit encrypted card rails. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major cards are accepted directly on our checkout page.
